By using Dental HealthBuddy’s AI Screening and AI Engagement services (including WhatsApp interactions), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

• AI Screening: Provides an automated dental health report based on images and responses you submit. This is not a medical diagnosis and is not a substitute for professional dental care.
• AI Engagement: Offers conversational support, appointment reminders, educational content, and follow-ups, primarily via WhatsApp.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for residents of India who are 18 years or older. Use by individuals outside India or minors is not permitted.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Use the services only for lawful and personal purposes.
• Do not misuse, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the services.

5. Disclaimers

• The Dental Screening Report is for informational purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment plan.
• Accuracy depends on the quality of images and information provided by you.
• Always consult a licensed dentist for diagnosis and care.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications to Service

We may update or discontinue features at any time. We will notify users of material changes when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental HealthBuddy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
